EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP
Pemimpin yang efektif adalah yang mampu menyelaraskan gayanya dengan situasi dan bawahan. Semua ini diperlukan untuk mengenali tantangan yang ada dan meraih tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, kemampuan bekerja sama dan mengembangkan bawahan mutlak diperlukan oleh seorang pemimpin.
Materi bahasan :
1.Who is the leader: Charismatic leader, Transactional leader, Transformational
leader.
2.Leadership: Leader, terlatih atau terlahir
3.Manager versus Leader; Management role, Leadership role, Facilitator role
4.Leader Needs Followers; the followers, leadership style
5.Tindakan dan sikap mental leader:
a.Insipiring a shared vision: Envision the future, Enlist other, Effective
communications.
b.Challenging the process: kategori tantangan, conflict resolution,problem solving, mencari kesempatan tantangan.
c.Enabling others to act: foster collaboration, strengthen others, perspective on empowerment – delegation.
d.Encouraging the heart: recognize individual contributions, reward system, celebrate team accomplishments.
e.Modeling the way: set the example for other
Metode training : Pemahaman konsep, diskusi kasus, role play, game
Target peserta : Manager dan Assisten Manager/Manajer madya.
